Hey Kayakers! We are roping off the parking lot and cleaning out our basement and getting rid of EVERYTHING!

When: Saturday October 11 when the shop opens at 9am
Where: Kayak Shed back parking lot
What: All demos will be sold that day - we have a full run of Jackson Fun Series, Jackson All Star Series, we have the Jackson Hero and Super Hero, the Jackson Rockers, all the Pyranha Burns, and Pyranha Ammos for whitewater boats. We are also selling our Wilderness Systems, Perception, P&H, and Dagger Recreational and Touring boat demos and rentals. Looking for a used paddle? We are going to be selling some of our rental paddles as well as rental life jackets and wetsuits.

We are also selling all consignment boats that day. (I mean this is going to be a pretty big deal!) :) If you are looking to get rid of your old boat, come consign your boat with us Saturday morning and we will sell it for you! Have you had your eye on new gear?? Well we will be doing a store-wide sale that day as well. 15% off all new boats (Jackson's and Hobie Kayak's excluded - sorry, manufacturer rules) as well as any new paddling gear you are looking for - AT or Werner paddles, life jackets, sprayskirts - everything!

Come join us for this awesome sale! We will also be BBQ-ing in the back lot as well. There is also rumor, that we will be showing a video that evening on the wall of the building (we haven't done that in a while huh?) but we are still working out the details on that one... In either case, it should be a lot of fun!

Some of the details are still being fined tuned, but here's what I can tell you:
Get here early that morning as everything will be on a first come first serve basis - we are not pre-selling any of the boats.
If for some reason, you can't make it up that day, we will take phone sales, but only the day of.
If you would like to consign your boat with us that morning, and it sells that day, we will only take a 15% commission, but we do ask that if it does not sell you are willing to leave your boat with us for at least a month - (no backdoor sales of dropping it off and then selling it to someone you meet at the sale that day to avoid the commission please). We will put it up on our website after that if for some reason it didn't sell.
We won't determine prices on demo boats until it gets closer to the sale date, but if you are trying to budget, in the past, MOST demos sell for somewhere between $500-700.
